Ellie Walker 

I’ve spent almost a decade working within the fashion industry, both as a model and a stylist. Through that experience, I’ve gained a deep understanding of how the industry works from every angle, from being on set to shaping creative direction behind the scenes.

I’m originally from the Cotswolds, and one thing became increasingly clear to me over the years: there’s an incredible amount of untapped talent outside of London. Yet, so much of the industry still looks to the city as the default for sourcing models and creatives.

This agency was created to challenge that.

My goal is to discover and represent local talent, giving them real opportunities to step into the industry without feeling like they have to relocate or fit into a traditional mould. There is so much individuality, creativity, and potential here, and I want to help bring that to the forefront.

By building a strong, supportive network, I aim to connect emerging talent with brands, creatives, and opportunities that align with them, while staying true to where they come from.

This is about representation, accessibility, and creating space for new faces to be seen.
